THE AWARDS
TRASHIEST PUBLICATION
Once again we have The Trashies award for worst UK publication of the year (Between October 2023 – September 2024).
While there are many deserving publications around the world, our mostly UK-based team means that we’re again concentrating on the mainstream media that’s closest to home.
TRASHIEST TV SEGMENT
The most popular egregious reporting and broadcast journalism
TRASHIEST COLUMNIST
You have to have ego if you are a comment writer. You have to have ego and access to be a member of the columnist class, though. A small circle of very privileged people, some from working-class backgrounds but most from middle, and upper middle-class, public-schooled, redbrick silos.
TRASHIEST ARTICLE
We wish all the nominees luck!
